La Olímpia is located in a town in Vallés Occidental, in the middle of a natural area, full of vegetation. It is a cheerful, warm, and ideal home for family and leisure time.
It is distributed in a ground floor totally adapted to the orientation and solar typology. It has large balconies and large windows, so you can enjoy natural light all year round. In addition, this allows considerable energy savings and an unequalled homely feeling. It should be added that it has the A energy certificate.
The kitchen, for example. It is black, a very stylish trend that allows versatility to combine with wood and is a good option to highlight elements of another color.
Other stylishly designed spaces are the bathrooms. In the ensuite bathroom, black is also the predominant color. Elegant tiles and round elements give it a stately touch. On the other hand, one of the courtesy bathrooms is blue, with a rustic touch that exudes freshness.
La Olímpia has a spacious garden, a swimming pool accompanied by a well-tended green environment. At the front of the house there is the swimming pool with a terrace ideal for rest and relaxation, with part of its frontage plastered. At the back, there is a barbecue and leisure area that transports and inspires us to more island landscapes.
In short, La Olímpia is a miscellaneous house in which different styles and unique elements come together to create a house with personality.
