La Bruna is a rustic and modern house while at the same time a refuge, with minimalist touches where comfort and cosy design focused on the service of people predominate.
Moreover, its location is unbeatable: a quiet residential area in Calella de Palafrugell (Costa Brava), just a few metres from the sea.

The owners of this home wanted a very comfortable, single-storey house to be used as a second home. The result is an oasis of peace that connects directly to the garden and pool, combining Mediterranean essence with rustic touches.
La Bruna is a home with a sloping roof, where earthy tones predominate, mixed with wooden elements. All this gives an organic feel to the whole, which uses the colours of nature to blend in with the surroundings.

The house is built on a single level, seeking maximum practicality and union between the different elements that make it up. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a single open-plan space, with natural light as the protagonist. The night areas, on the other hand, are located in a more reserved area of the house to separate the more social rooms from the part dedicated to rest.
The 162m2 of the house has been distributed in 3 bedrooms, a study and an open-plan space with kitchen and dining room. The exterior rooms include two porches, at the entrance and in the garden, as well as a rectangular swimming pool that follows the linear dynamic of the whole house.
Apart from its rustic style, la Bruna is unique in that its design blends in with the coastal landscape. In short, it is a jewel in which to enjoy the beauty of the Costa Brava at any time of the year.
