Based on specific planning premises, the home is adapted to the piece of land, making the most of its maximum depth and road alignment, without sacrificing the privacy of the people living there. Indeed, the exterior is totally private and becomes an extension of the living room.
Natural light is an outstanding aspect of the interiors, which have modern finishes on the flooring and lighting.

With the aim of expanding the feeling of space and adding brightness, very light colours were chosen for both the furniture and the paint on the walls, with white taking precedence. This neutral palette contrasts with the dark metallic edges of the exterior openings and the stairs, which add a touch of design.
In addition to the designer furniture, textures decorate this modern home in Sant Cugat de Sesgarrigues. The contrast between the wood, concrete, aluminium and pristine white of the walls really stands out. This harmonious combination entices you to enjoy every area of the home with your five senses.

This home has been designed with sustainability and energy saving in mind and it has the best energy efficiency rating (A). Efficiency is achieved, among other measures, by seeking the best direction of openings in order to fully benefit from hours of sunlight and via an aerothermics system with in-floor radiant heating.
