Located in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Bages), Casa Arte is in an area in the middle of a natural paradise. The landscape combines the beauty of nature with a modern design of the house that is characterised, above all, by its straight lines, flat roofs and irregular shapes
The large dimensions of the garden play a key role, as they provide discretion amid a privileged environment. In other words, it becomes an idyllic place to rest, relax or, for example, a place to seek inspiration.
Its interior layout is pure art, literally. Lourdes Fisa, creator of ArtLiving, is the author of the works that decorate the space, giving it a sober and elegant touch.
The textures of its creations provide warmth, dynamism, and vitality. Moreover, they are present in different formats in all rooms. We can find them, for example, materialised in bath screens, pictures, integrated lights or sliding doors.
In this project the chromatic line marks the aesthetics of the project. The large amount of exterior light plays with elements in white tones. There is also a combination of warm colours such as earth or sandy tones. Undoubtedly, the selection of materials is key to provide comfort and quality in the home.
This house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor, we find an open-plan space where the study and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. However, the first floor also has a night area. It has 3 double bedrooms, two of them with dressing room, laundry room, kitchen, living-dining room, and a large garage.
