Sant Fruitós de Bages

CASA ARTE

  • 363.41 m2
  • 2019
  • Residential

Located in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Bages), this house is situated in the heart of a natural paradise. The landscape combines the beauty of nature with the modern design of the house, characterised above all by straight lines, flat roofs and irregular shapes.

INSPIRATION BEYOND
THE WALLS

Its interior layout is quite literally pure art. Lourdes Fisa, the creator of ArtLiving, is the artist responsible for the works that decorate the space, giving it a restrained and elegant touch.

The textures of her creations provide warmth, energy and vitality. What’s more, they are present in different formats in all the rooms. We can find them, for example, in the form of bath screens, pictures, integrated lights and sliding doors.

In this home, the chromatic style defines the aesthetics of the project. It plays with the large amount of exterior light and elements in shades of white. Warm colours are also in the mix, including earthy and sandy tones. Without a doubt, the selection of materials is key to bringing comfort and quality to the home.

Art and functionality

It is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find an open space where the study and the master bedroom, with a bathroom and dressing room, are located.
There is also a night-time area on the first floor. It has 3 double bedrooms—two of them with a dressing room—a laundry room, kitchen, living-dining room and a large garage.

IDYLLIC ENVIRONMENT

Casa Arte has a large outdoor area. The 35m2 porch features a family gathering area, a swimming pool, a chill out terrace area and another area for relaxing on the first floor. In addition, in the garden you will also find art pieces by Lourdes Fisa, perfect for combining with everyday life.

The architecture includes large balconies and, therefore, natural light is a key aspect in this home.

This industrialised house has been designed with sustainability and energy saving in mind and has the top energy rating (A). Efficiency is achieved, among other measures, by ensuring the best orientation for the openings to make the most of the sunlight hours and by means of a ducted aerothermal system.
