Can Olivera is located in a small and quiet neighborhood in San Julià de Ramis, near Girona. It has a modern and versatile finished design that makes the house fit perfectly with the landscape and be the ideal home for a big family.
White is the predominating color in the outdoor part of this house, although it is characterized for having a nice game of volumes, dimensions and colors causing an original effect. It depends on the perspective from where you look at the house, it looks like a monument !
Also, what makes Can Olivera an elegant and sophisticated house is its frontage, covered in natural stone with a color degradation of the material itself and the entrance paneled in wood, a perfect materials contrast. It also follows a chromatic line where the protagonist is beige brown. We can see it in the garage, which is very differentiated from the rest of the house.

The house has a total of 300.30 square meters distributed on two floors, which allows large spaces and a perfect distribution. On the first floor we find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and other three rooms and a main bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a totally diaphanous space distributed in the living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. In the ground floor, there is also another bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a courtesy toilet and the garage.
Light is the main element in this house. Large sliding patio doors in the living room, which radiates light all day long. However, all rooms and spaces in this house have a great natural light entrance.
Warmth and recollection . These are the sensations that wood provides in interior design, and specifically in this house. In Can Olivera it is one of the key elements to get it. The house flooring, the stairs, the kitchen and even the bathrooms flooring.
In addition to providing a homely feeling, wood brings us closer to nature in its purer state.
This home has an aerothermal system, radiant floor and different air conditioning ducts to ensure maximum energy efficiency and comfort in any time of the year.
