In any other sector, the fact that a company is led by a woman would be just a fact. In such a traditional sector, with preconceived ideas that are more rigid than concrete, it is a declaration of intent.
It is the determination to change things, or as we like to say, “shatter myths”: why are deadlines so long? Why do we end up paying more than we agreed? Can the process be more efficient and rigorous?
Yes, it can.
Prêt-à-porter casas was founded on the conviction that building in the traditional way has too many disadvantages for everyone, and that there is another way to do it. Better.
Today we are a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 workers, with our own industrialised construction system and more than 400 houses already built. And Prêt-à-porter casas is supported by Prêt-à-porter studio, our interior design company.

In 2022, we took part in the programme for hiring workers over the age of 30 who are unemployed or have difficulties finding work. This action was promoted and subsidised by the Catalan Public Employment Service and 100% financed by the European Social Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
