Detailed study of the location of each home.
We analyze all orientation and ventilation options to make the most of solar radiation and air currents, thereby reducing the need for air conditioning and artificial lighting.
Systems to take advantage of natural resources.
High-efficiency aerothermal energy (up to 4 times more cost-effective), biomass boilers, heat recovery systems, solar panels with batteries (which can save up to 100% of energy), and so on.

Subsidies for employment integration
In 2022, we took part in the programme for hiring workers over the age of 30 who are unemployed or have difficulties finding work. This action was promoted and subsidised by the Catalan Public Employment Service and 100% financed by the European Social Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
