Today we are a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 workers, with our own industrialised construction system and more than 400 houses already built. And Prêt-à-porter casas is supported by Prêt-à-porter studio, our interior design company.

At Prêt-à-porter casas we have our own factory. This is very unusual in the industrialised residential construction sector.
AND IT MEANS WE DO NOT RELY ON THIRD PARTIES TO BUILD THE HOMES WE DESIGN. THIS GIVES US COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM START TO FINISH.
Our factory is next to our quarry, completely minimising transport, time and carbon footprint.

Subsidies for employment integration
In 2022, we took part in the programme for hiring workers over the age of 30 who are unemployed or have difficulties finding work. This action was promoted and subsidised by the Catalan Public Employment Service and 100% financed by the European Social Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
